Patrick S. Donahue serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Donahue joined the company in 1979 and has been engaged in nearly all of the 32 million square feet of retail space in which the company has been involved. He has worked in every aspect of the business, including leasing, asset management, development and corporate strategy. Mr. Donahue has been instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities that paved the way through the company's early days in regional mall development and management and parlaying the knowledge and disciplines obtained into becoming a recognized leader in the development, management and leasing of neighborhood, community, community lifestyle and power shopping centers.

Mr. Donahue previously served as Executive Vice President Operations and took on the role of President after the sudden death of his brother, Dan Donahue, in 2002. He added the CEO role when Tom Schriber stepped back from his day-to-day duties in 2005. Mr. Donahue assumed the role of Chairman of the Board upon Tom Schriber's retirement in 2010.

A 1978 graduate of California State University Fullerton, Mr. Donahue currently serves as a Trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a frequent industry-wide speaker. He is actively involved with the OC United Way's Keeping Kids on Track and the KidWorks Donahue Center in Santa Ana.

Lawrence P. Casey serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Casey leads the company’s teams responsible for acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, property management, marketing, strategic planning, accounting and financial reporting. During his more than 36 years in real estate and investments, he has managed over $4.5 billion of assets nationally.

Mr. Casey joined Donahue Schriber in 2000 as CFO and was in charge of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis and strategic planning areas and was instrumental in the restructuring of the company’s debt which included a $750 million line of credit. Prior to joining Donahue Schriber, he worked with San Diego-based National Advisors providing senior management services to its real estate and lending clients. His experience as a financial executive also includes serving as an audit manager for the Orange County office of Deloitte in the Real Estate Industry Specialization Group.

Mr. Casey received his B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, sits on its Audit Committee and is the Chair of one of its Commercial and Retail Development Councils. In 1999, he was nominated by the AICPA to serve on the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Neutrals in the Banking, Commercial Lending and Real Estate areas. Mr. Casey mentors students at University of California - Irvine’s Paul Merage Graduate School of Business and was recognized as Mentor of the Year for 2011.

David W. Mossman serves as the Chief Investment Officer.

Mr. Mossman oversees the teams responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities, as well as, strategic dispositions (property sales) within the portfolio. As a component to this role, Mr. Mossman directs all leasing activity through internal leasing staff and external brokers. In his 16 years with Donahue Schriber, he has overseen in excess of $1 billion of new property acquisitions, property dispositions and development projects for the company.

David has also served as Executive Vice President Acquisitions, Disposition and Development, Vice President of Northern California Development, and Vice President of Finance. He serves on Donahue Schriber’s five-member Executive Committee, which directs the company’s strategic vision and manages its daily operations. Prior to joining Donahue Schriber, he served as a manager for Deloitte.

Mr. Mossman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  David believes in volunteering his time to organizations which help children prosper both academically and as individuals.  He currently serves as a board member for KidWorks in Santa Ana and was a trustee for The Pegasus School in Huntington Beach from 2005-2011.   

Lisa L. Hirose serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Throughout her career, Ms Hirose has a proven track record of success across multiple functions managing complexity and change with a focus on business results and operational efficiency. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she has oversight responsibility for the organization’s tax, accounting, human resources, corporate administration and information technology functions. In addition, she serves as a member of the Executive Committee which directs the company’s strategic vision and daily operations.

Ms. Hirose is an 19-year veteran of Donahue Schriber and is well-versed in the operations of the Company having served as Chief Financial Officer since 2006. Her responsibilities have included financial reporting, financial analysis and strategic planning, including leading the efforts on over $2.2 billion of capital markets transactions, securing both permanent and construction financing for the company’s properties.

Prior to joining the company, she worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. and Diversified Shopping Centers. A graduate of Chapman University, Ms. Hirose is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mark L. Whitfield serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations.

In his role, Mr. Whitfield oversees the asset management of the company’s portfolio of properties from both the physical and financial perspective. Mr. Whitfield serves on Donahue Schriber’s five-member Executive Committee, which directs the company’s strategic vision and manages its daily operations.

In addition to property management oversight, Mr. Whitfield is responsible for the team that manages the entitlement, design, construction and tenant coordination of new development projects, as well as renovations, select pad development, and large capital improvement projects for the company’s existing portfolio. He directs the management of environmental issues within the portfolio to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Mr. Whitfield has over 36 years of experience in real estate development, design, engineering and construction with principal involvement in well over ten million square feet of major commercial projects.

Prior to joining Donahue Schriber in 1990, Mr. Whitfield was Vice President of Construction with the commercial/industrial division of Lincoln Property Company in Southern California managing the design, engineering and construction of large multi-tenant business parks and industrial distribution centers. He began his career with seven years of project management experience in the design/build environment of complex commercial facilities (corporate offices, laboratories and process facilities) for the western division of The Austin Company.

Mr. Whitfield is a registered Architect and General Contractor in the State of California, in addition to being a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (“LEED AP”) as designated by the U.S. Green Building Council. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Whitfield holds a BS degree in architecture and is affiliated with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as ICSC’s Western Division Southern California Program Planning Committee Chair. He is a regular guest speaker for retail real estate at University of California Irvine’s Graduate School of Management, and University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate.

Mr. Whitfield's philanthropic activities involve the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County, the Boys and Girls Club of Costa Mesa, and KidWorks in Santa Ana.
