San Diego, CA (March 28, 2019) – Celebrating 30 years as the neighborhood Center of Carmel Valley, Del Mar Highlands Town Center announces new tenants that will be the first of its $120 million expansion project. The array of tenant offerings spanning dining, fitness, organic grocery, spa, and wellness, sets the tone for the highly anticipated opening of The Collection and The Sky Deck at Del Mar Highlands Town Center. JIMBO’S…Naturally! – Opening Summer 2019
Noteworthy for the Carmel Valley neighborhood is the expansion of Jimbo’s…Naturally! Slated to open this summer, this 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art marketplace on the ground floor of The Collection is going to bring 100% organic produce along with a vast array of prepared foods, groceries, and wellness products.
THE SKY DECK – Opening early 2020
The Sky Deck, located above the future expansion of Jimbo’s…Naturally!, brings eight to ten dining destinations, a central cocktail bar, and an elevated outdoor “brewer’s deck” featuring Northern Pine, a another well-known San Diego brewer and a Kombucha tasting bar on an outdoor deck with a view. The unique concept inspires locals and visitors alike to enjoy dining in a destination that encourages lively social gatherings under a rooftop skylight. Dining and cocktail concepts will make their debut at this extraordinary destination including a craft cocktail bar by Scott Slater alongside Thai Extraordinary, Ambrogio 15 Le Parfait, and a Mediterranean concept by Beeside in Del Mar.

Additional tenants in The Collection include OH! Juice, Cascade Spa, Perlman Wellness Center, and Head Lettuce – a brand new experience in healthy dining and Brentwood based Diesel, a Bookstore,. CeramiCafe will also relocate to The Collection.
BOUTIQUE FITNESS ROW – Opening 2020
A new row of fitness brands creating a one-stop destination for the best in boutique fitness will open in 2020. Del Mar Highlands Town Center welcomes StretchLab and Row House – the first location for each brand in San Diego. Additionally, Club Pilates will open a new, larger space within the Center.
