Our most important asset...our people.

Great Properties. Great People. Great Fun.

At Donahue Schriber, our people are our most important asset.

Our unique culture includes a welcoming and professional work environment, opportunities for career growth, and people who care about your success. We are proud to reward your exceptional commitment, skills, and talents with an array of benefits and programs designed to enhance the lives of you and your family.

Employee Benefits

Health Benefits – At Donahue Schriber, one of our highest priorities is to ensure that our employees, as well as their eligible dependents, have high quality, affordable coverage available to meet their individual needs and circumstances. Donahue Schriber offers a medical PPO plan, dental insurance, and vision coverage.

Paid Time Off – We support and encourage our employees to maintain a positive work life balance by providing paid vacation days, paid holidays, and paid sick days.  We even close the office at 1 pm every Friday during the month of August to allow employees more fun in the sun with their family and friends.

Life and AD&D – Employees are provided with 100% employer paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) in the amount of 1 times their annual salary. Additional Voluntary Life and AD&D and/or Critical Illness insurance is available to
employees who desire even greater protection.

Employee Referral Bonus – Our people truly ARE our greatest assets and as such, we take our recruiting process very seriously. We also believe that our people make for the best recruiters and we reward them generously if/when their referral is hired.

Disability – Because “life happens”, we provide our employees, at no cost to them, with Long-Term Disability Insurance so that in the event of an unexpected illness or injury they can have the peace of mind that they are covered.

Wellness – We value the physical, emotional and financial wellness of our employees.   Along with other regular company-subsidized wellness initiatives, we encourage our employees to take advantage of our in-house gym, complete with 100% employer-paid yoga and fitness classes. For those employees who work in one of our off-site locations, a generous gym reimbursement program is available.

Retirement  – We encourage our employees to save as much as possible toward their retirement by investing in a 401(k) Savings Plan.  We support their efforts by generously investing into their future with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 3%, and an additional 50% match on the next 2% contributed.  Full-time employees are eligible to participate soon after being hired and all employee and employer contributions are immediately 100% vested.

Flexible Spending – Our Flexible Spending Account Plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars from their paychecks to use for certain out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses – making their hard-earned paychecks go further.

Employee Assistance Program – Donahue Schriber, at no cost to the employee, provides all employees and their covered dependents with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  This program provides free, confidential assistance to help with life’s many challenges.

Giving Back – “Giving Back” and community outreach is a critical component of the Donahue Schriber culture.  Employees are encouraged to volunteer and participate in various company-related community service events and programs. Learn More

Educational Assistance – We recognize the value of education and encourage our employees to pursue continuous learning opportunities.  After one year of full-time employment, employees are eligible to receive educational assistance.  In addition, employees are encouraged to pursue job-related training and certificate programs and are reimbursed for doing so.

Employee Recognition Programs – We are committed to demonstrating to our employees that their efforts are valued and appreciated.  To that end, we are continuously looking for new and creative ways to recognize our star employees, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual recognition programs.
